2. Scheduling and Payment
All services must be scheduled in advance. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled service time. Fast Track Property Service is not responsible for delays or incomplete work due to locked gates, pets, vehicles, or unsafe conditions.
5. Liability
We take great care in performing all services. However, Fast Track Property Service is not liable for pre-existing damage to property, wear and tear, or damage resulting from unsafe conditions beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for notifying us of any fragile, buried, or sensitive items (e.g., irrigation lines, decorations, wiring) before service begins.
6. Weather Policy
Outdoor services are weather-dependent. In the event of unsafe or poor weather conditions, services may be delayed or rescheduled. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
7. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary depending on property size, condition, and specific service needs. Any significant price changes will be discussed and approved before work begins.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or direct communication will only be used to provide services, send updates, or respond to inquiries. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.
