At Fast Track Property Service, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take pride in providing reliable and high-quality services including lawn mowing, trimming, gutter cleaning, and Christmas light installation.

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for our services.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, return to correct the issue at no additional cost.

If the problem cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

The service was not completed as agreed or described.
A confirmed cancellation was made before work began.
Damage or significant errors occurred due to our negligence.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Dissatisfaction resulting from conditions outside our control (e.g., weather, property obstructions, unsafe access).
Work that was completed as scheduled but later altered or undone by the property owner or third parties.
Missed appointments due to locked gates, pets, or other access issues.

3. Deposits and Prepaid Services

If a deposit or prepayment was made for a scheduled service, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover scheduling and labor costs.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method originally provided. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.
